Multiple-Writer Projects

W4H is built to handle projects that need one writer or many. Every project is led by a chief editor and project director, ensuring the quality stays consistent no matter the scale. Our collaborative approach means each writer contributes their strengths, while the project manager keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met and the final product is always polished and on point.

Here's one such project we did for KKH with Epigram.

We have enjoyed working with Epigram since the inception of W4H. In this memorable project, we joined forces to work on the "Dear KKH, Hope in 50 Letters" publication commemorating a special milestone in the journey of Singapore's much-loved hospital. The commemorative book was designed to celebrate the spirit of hope and triumph through 50 personal letters from individuals and families, all of whom had their lives touched by KKH.

Our Role:

We collaborated closely with Epigram and the client to ensure the final product was as impactful as envisioned. Here’s how we contributed:

Writing Team Assembly and Coordination:

We assembled a team of five experienced writers who were adept at handling emotionally resonant content. In a matter of days, we coordinated interviews between our writers and the selected candidates, gathering deeply personal stories of healing, resilience, and hope.

Timely Delivery:

Given the scale and sensitivity of the project, we ensured that every step, from coordinating interview sessions to writing and reviewing the letters, was completed within a tight timeline.

Interview and Story Crafting:

Each of our writers conducted in-depth interviews with the families and individuals chosen for the project. We then transformed these conversations into personal letters, crafting narratives that captured the emotions of each healthcare journey. The letters were thoughtfully written to convey a sense of intimacy while preserving the authenticity and voice of each person’s story.

Outcome:

"Dear KKH, Hope in 50 Letters" was successfully launched by Minister for Health, Mr. Gan Kim Yong, with full proceeds going to the KKH Health Endowment Fund. The stories in the book span a range of experiences—from families overcoming adversity to healthcare staff recalling their most memorable moments at KKH.

This project is a prime example of how W4H can seamlessly integrate our writing expertise with the outstanding vision and design of Epigram. Together, we produced a high-quality book that delivered on the client’s expectations
